need to use up leftovers?
grimly staring at undignified rice/noodles?
plop in an oiled wok/pan~~add spices, vegetables,
(i recommend cumin, curry powder, ginger, black pepper, etc., and spinach or really any veggies i love them all...except beets. are they vegetables?)
and top with a good ol' fried egg.
trick for cooking eggs: top the pan with a lid. doing so settles the egg white (otherwise known as the albumen lol) faster, and still produces a yolk of poached-like runniness
